Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• This promotion is available exclusively to international students applying to eligible Australian education providers through MyCourseFinder.com.
• To qualify, applicants must nominate a MyCourseFinder.com education agent when submitting their application.

2. Application Fee Payment and Cashback Offer

• Students must pay the full application fee charged by their chosen education provider at the time of application.
• If the student proceeds to enrol with the education provider through MyCourseFinder.com, they will be eligible for a cashback offer ranging from $100 to $1,000 AUD, depending on the course and provider.
• Cashback amounts are determined based on agreements with education providers and the specific course enrolled in.
• Cashback will be processed after the institution’s census date, following confirmation of enrolment and tuition fee payment.

3. Cashback Offers for Providers Without Application Fees

• Students enrolling at institutions that do not charge an application fee will be eligible for a cashback amount between $100 to $1,000 AUD, depending on the course and provider.
• This cashback will be processed after the institution’s census date, following verification of enrolment and tuition fee payment.

4. Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) Cashback

Eligible students applying through MyCourseFinder.com will receive an OSHC cashback as follows:

• Single Policy: $50 AUD cashback

• Couple Policy: $100 AUD cashback

• Family Policy: $200 AUD or more (depending on policy cost)

• OSHC cashback will be processed after policy activation and payment verification by the OSHC provider.

5. Cashback Payment Conditions

• All cashback payments (Application Fee and OSHC) will be processed after the institution’s census date and confirmation of student enrolment.
• Students must provide valid Australian banking details for payments within three (3) months of becoming eligible for cashback.
• Failure to provide banking details within this period may result in forfeiture of the cashback.
• Cashback amounts may vary based on agreements between MyCourseFinder.com and education providers.

6. Student Responsibilities

• Students must submit complete and accurate documentation to both MyCourseFinder.com and their chosen education provider.
• Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or failure to meet eligibility criteria will result in disqualification from the promotion.
• MyCourseFinder.com reserves the right to reclaim any cashback payments made under false or misleading circumstances.

7. Amendments and Termination

• MyCourseFinder.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any updates to these terms and conditions will be published on the MyCourseFinder.com website.

8. Liability

• MyCourseFinder.com is not responsible for application rejections by education providers due to student errors, omissions, or failure to meet admission requirements.
• Students are solely responsible for complying with university admission criteria, course requirements, and visa regulations.

9. Acceptance of Terms

• Participation in this promotion constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
