Applications Open: Medicine, Dentistry & Veterinary Science – 2026 Intake

JCU is now accepting international student applications for the following programs:

• Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery

• Bachelor of Veterinary Science (Honours)

Visa Fee Reduction for Pacific and Timor-Leste Students

As of 22 March 2025, the Australian Student visa (Subclass 500) application fee has been reduced for citizens of 13 Pacific Island nations and Timor-Leste.

This applies to:

• New applicants and their family members with valid passports

• Those who applied between 1 July 2024 and 21 March 2025, who can request a partial refund by 22 June 2025

This update strengthens access to Australian education for students from the region.
