Eligibility Criteria

  • Be an international student, as defined by the Higher Education Support Act 2003. Australian citizens, permanent residents, and Australian dual citizens are not eligible.

  • Have applied for—but not yet commenced—a single undergraduate coursework degree at the University of Sydney. The degree may include an embedded honours program but must be completed within four years of full-time study.

  • Exclude combined degrees with a postgraduate component, and certain specific degrees such as the Bachelor of Arts (Dual Degree with Sciences Po, France), and the Bachelor of Economics (Dual Degree with Sciences Po, France).

  • Have completed secondary education or a foundation program in Australia or through a foundation partner recognized by the University of Sydney.

  • Not have previously undertaken any tertiary studies (except for Year 12 extension studies).

  • Not be commencing a second undergraduate degree at the University of Sydney.

  • Be able to enroll full-time in the eligible program.
