The University of New England (UNE) is a public university in Australia with approximately 22,500 higher education students. Its original and main campus is located in the city of Armidale in northern central New South Wales. UNE was the first Australian university established outside a state capital city.
UNE offers a wide range of courses and degrees tailored to prepare students for a rapidly changing world and help students to respond to the opportunities of the future. Most courses are available to study online and either part-time or full time.
Online study is about the kind of flexibility and support that can only come from a university that has long understood the challenges faced by adults studying from home — something they have been perfecting since early distance education in the 1950s. That’s what makes UNE the online expert and why they’re the only public university to be awarded five stars for Overall Student Experience 16 years running by their students in the Good Universities Guide.
